Frequently Asked Questions

  • I’ve gone with a flat $4 per item for Australia-wide. If you order several and I get to the post office and the postage is substantially less, then I’ll refund you the extra.

  • I’ll send you an email once I’ve dropped off your journal at the post office (within 24 hours). From there, assume normal shipping times for Australia Post.

  • Give it a week for Australia Post to do their thing. If it’s longer than that, shoot me an email, and I’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

  • You can reach me anytime via the contact page or email. I aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • I’ve placed a $10 per item shipping fee for international orders. If the cost is much less when I get to the Post Office, I’ll refund you the difference.

    I’m looking into a Northern Hemisphere shipping/distribution option. If you would like a bulk order, contact me directly.
